You know how when you go to Kroger (or your equivalent) and stand in front of the massive wall of "health bars" and just feel overwhelmed? What to buy? And can I trust what is in them? And what does "Natural Flavors" consist of anyway? Why can't I just make these myself? You can! And you should!! Give our Fruit & Nut Bar recipe tutorial a shot. And I haven't even mentioned yet that maple syrup is involved (kinda buried the lead on this one... sorry).
